- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HIGHLY Recommend Dr. Gress. She's fantastic, kind, gentle, understanding and usually runs on time, or is very apologetic if she's not. Her nurse Julie is sooo amazing! I can't say enough positive things about them, their office, and the phlebotomist, Marissa. They delivered my baby girl and were fantastic!!! DO NOT GO TO KA WIDMAN though. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The secretaries make you feel welcome right away. They sincerely apologized when I had to wait 5 minutes...I waited around an hour at my last place and no one cared. Love that about New Lenox! The nurse made me feel comfortable and I was able to ask questions. Great office! I would recommend it 100%!August 14, 2017by Rachel
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just went to my primary care doctor, and got a referral here. I'm pregnant, thought I was about 12 weeks along, found out I was closer to 16. Because my primary care doctor was 3 floors away from this office, I just decided to pop in and make an appointment on my way out. They guffawed when I said I was 16 weeks along, and had not received prenatal care. (This is my first child, btw.) They said they'd have to "talk to the doctor" to see if they could take me in as a patient. The lady at the front desk did end up talking to a nurse practitioner, who said it was unlikely that they'd take me on, considering I had no previous prenatal care. Wait, so, because I haven't had any previous care, you're not refusing me care? I asked if the doctor or someone else in the office would call to confirm if I could/couldn't be taken on. Smugly, she said I'd have to call - they would not be calling me. 5 minutes of being in this office, and I feel like I dodged a bullet - so many more providers in my network, I will not be going here, and unless you're into a lassiez-faire attitude with your OB, I'd suggest you don't either.June 28, 2017by Brianna Cowan
